Eligibility for Reshipment

Reshipment requests are considered only under these circumstances:

  • Your package is confirmed lost in transit after thorough investigation.
  • Your package is returned to sender due to delivery failure.
  • The package is received damaged or compromised.

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the original estimated delivery date.

  • Provide supporting evidence if applicable (photos, tracking reports, communication with carriers).
  • Allow up to 3 business days for our team to review and respond to your request.

Terms and Conditions

Reshipment is subject to stock availability and our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse reshipment in cases of customer error or failure to provide necessary documentation.

Shipping fees for reshipped orders may apply depending on circumstances and will be communicated clearly during the process.
